We remember the law of modernization of the economy in particular has adopted this summer introduced a simplified set of provisions from the operation of societies.
And some of these simplifications affect the sole proprietorship limited liability (EURL). Thus, to facilitate the creation this type of society, the law provides model statutes apply automatically to the EURL whose sole shareholder, natural person, took the managers unless the latter chose to adopt statutes pieces and then tabled its application for registration. This type of model statutes has just been published in the Official Journal.
