The bank guarantee is lighter and easier while often subject to the whim of the seller. This protection requires a commitment of the seller to deposit money from a bank as attachment bond given to the purchaser, dependent for the bank, which shall preserve for three years on average, to release the amount required to guarantee payment, in the absence of serious dispute the merits of the claim.

It can therefore be sought as well as the vendor and not against any refusal to pay the seller. The bank guarantee is a formidable weapon against the seller of a company.

A bank guarantee is a commitment from a financial institution which stood surety in the event of failure on your part, but this does not relieve you of your obligations. In real estate
bank guarantee shall replace the mortgage and generally requires the payment of a sum which will be returned in part at the end of mortgage.
